The Market Admin Manager has responsibilities to:
Oversee the various office duties including policy changes/updates/compliance, special projects, troubleshooting of technology and electronics issues, and supply maintenance.
Oversee expense control and accounts payable management.
Ensure new employees have required systems access and necessary passwords and IDs.

Qualifications :
3 plus years experience with securities compliance & strong administrative capabilities in a retail investment setting.
Securities licenses – 4.7, 24, 53, 66 and Life & Health Insurance required. At a minimum, you must have your S-7 and S-66 to be considered for the role. Remaining licenses must be acquired within 9 months of employment start date.
