Main Responsibilities:
Perform process improvement and automation of the different sub processes for the unit.
Process improvement includes automation of the MIS reporting and capacity planning for all Transaction Processing Unit.
Perform budget control for all units under Transaction Processing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in banking operations
2-5 years experience (preferred)
Analytical Skills (Assessment/Decision Making/Problem Solving)
Flexibility/ Orientation to Change
